Jacksons – Victory

1984, Pop

Matrix #: QE 38946

Condition: CLEAN WAX! Sounds great! Overall VG+

Description: Emerging from Los Angeles and polished through Hollywood studios, Victory represents the Jacksons at their last major collaborative peak. Anchored by Michael Jackson’s star power—especially evident in tracks like “State of Shock” (featuring Mick Jagger)—the album blends sleek synth-driven grooves and layered harmonies that typified early ’80s pop-R&B. Beyond its chart success, Victory captures a moment of transition: the group’s collective artistry just before Michael’s solo superstardom and the MTV-driven sound of a new era. A milestone for collectors tracing the Jacksons’ evolution and pop culture’s shift toward superstar production.
