📦 Shipping Policy – Power Plant Records

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST typically ship the same day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or Media Mail.

• Single LPs: $5 flat rate

• Heavier orders (gatefolds, 2xLPs, bundles): Rates vary by weight

• Free shipping on orders over $75

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–6 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries including Canada, the UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, and a few others.
International shipping rates are based on weight and location, and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note:

• Delivery times vary but typically take 7–15 business days

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties

Packaging
All records are securely packed in professional mailers with padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at powerplantrecordings@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup
Local customers can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at:
