Return Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For used vinyl, returns are only accepted if the item was damaged in transit, misgraded, or not as described.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at powerplantrecordings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Special orders or custom items

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please complete a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at powerplantrecordings@gmail.com.
